What makes producing fun to you?
To me, producing is such an amazing outlet to express emotions & energy!
I love hearing new sounds, I love turning seemingly nonsensical noise into art.
I've been experimenting with new ideas and I want to get some inspiration from you for my next projects!
So what keeps you in that chair locked away from the world? Is it remixing video game music? Trying to make people headbang? Or just making the weirdest thing imaginable? LOL

What makes producing so fun for me is that I can always come back. If I am out of ideas I can just take a break and come back. I also love learning new things about sound design, mixing, and mastering. It’s all so interesting and fun to do. I also love making emotional songs or creepy songs. Playing with emotions is awesome when making a song. It’s great to get people to feel a certain way when they listen to your music. I love improving every time I make a song. Music is just a great in every way. It’s hard to describe how much I like it on a comment lol.

Two things that motivate me to make music are ideas in my head I need to materialize, and / or learning about how to produce certain sounds. For example, since I don’t have Serum (and my workflow is LMMS → Audacity (Vocals) → Ardour), I look for ways to try and replicate using what I do have at my disposal. This approach leads me to finding free / low cost presets and allows me to learn about how to design and manipulate sounds.

I also like to make music because of all the random weird sounds that you get to explore and sound designing the dumbest, ugliest, grittiest bass sounds ever made

For me music making is something that I’d never tried before. I never even knew (or cared) about EDM till late 2019. For me it was a turning in my life because before music production or being a producer, my family wanted me to become a engineer. But I still tried to pursue music. Sometimes I make music describing what’s in my heart and sometimes I just like to make music that doesn’t mean. Whether it might be Future Bass or Riddim. I like to give it my own touch and make it something more memorable for people to groove to. I’d kept searching for tutorials on YT until I perfected my music. Then, I came to know that there is no perfection to music. You gotta keep learning if you wanna keep up. And so music is the best thing that happened to me in my life & I strive to be famous one day.
